Both Henan province and Luxembourg have a long history and rich tourism resources. Last year, the Tourism Cooperation Memorandum was signed and both sides should accelerate the implementation of cooperation memorandum next step, open passenger air route from Zhengzhou directly to Luxembourg in due time to promote the development of tourism cooperation together with aviation cooperation.
